Queens Hotel and Spa Bournemouth
Nick and his team conducted a soft refurbishment of the Queens Hotel and Spa in Bournemouth, starting in January 2020. Nick efficiently managed the conversion of this 109-key non-branded hotel into a 4-star Mercure hotel from the Accor portfolio. Despite the project beginning a month before Covid restrictions, Nick skilfully led his workforce, designated as key workers, ensuring continuous operation as the hotel accommodated Ambulance and Police staff. The hotel was successfully handed back to the client on time and within budget, undergoing a seamless rebranding by the Accor team in July 2020, overcoming the challenges and restrictions posed by Covid.

New extension
The project required multiple trades and skills and they needed to work together to keep the build on budget and on time.
